Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service. To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of making the initial subscription payment.

We urge our customers to fully utilize the free plan to determine whether our platform meets their needs, as our post-trial refund policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity in our service agreement.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Users on the Free Plan receive 100 AI credits (equivalent to 10 AI modifications). Since this plan is free, it is not eligible for refunds.
  • If a user purchases a subscription but has not used any AI credits, they are eligible for a full refund upon request.

2. No Refund After AI Credit Usage

  • Once a user uses any AI credits from their paid plan, they will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Their subscription will be canceled, but no refund will be issued.
  • If a user purchases additional AI credits and uses them, they will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Partial Refund for Yearly Plans

  • Users who purchase a yearly plan but decide to cancel after using AI credits may receive a partial refund.
  • The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the months in which AI credits were used from the total amount paid.
Example:

The Basic Yearly Plan costs $96. If the user uses AI credits for 2 months, $16 (2 months × $8/month) will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining $80 will be refunded.

4. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, users must contact our support team with their subscription details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days, but in some instances, it could take up to five business days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
    • The user has used any AI credits from their plan.
    • The user has purchased and used additional AI credits.
    • The refund request is made after the subscription period has ended.
